This is the Lighthouse Childrens’ Shelter Kitchen. We are so thankful to Bri Lyons, YWAM team member who helped us with painting and stenciling!!
LCS Baby Room Gets Facelift!!
We are so grateful for the provision from God’s people to provide a place of love and hope for children in great need! The Lighthouse received donations to provide a fresh coat of paint, new curtains and brand new carpet! We are so thankful!!
LCS Receives a New Jungle Gym In Honor of Little Hannah
Johannes and Tim Stanphill are pictured here at the beginning stages of the new Jungle Gym being built in honor of their precious little daughter Hannah that passed away this past February. We are so grateful for their generosity in their giving to the Lighthouse in this way! Many, many children will be blessed with hours and hours of outdoor play!! Thank you Tim and Jennifer for this precious gift in honor of your daughter!!

Thank you to the YWAM Rustenburg Base for all the hours of work they have put in here at the Lighthouse! The team has been helping in every area from cleaning to caring for children to painting!! The Lighthouse is so blessed to have friends like you!!

This past Friday we had the YWAM team here helping us out with the last of the painting! We were so blessed to have their help! They have added their touches here and there and what a fun and happy place it is!!

Since the Missionary Team arrived here in January 2010 the Lighthouse has been going through a renovation of each building on the property…. We are so grateful for the many hands that have helped to bring the property to a place where children are loved and cared for in a quality manner.

Bri Lending Her Expertise!!
Brianne Lyons is from the USA serving at the YWAM Rustenburg Base! Bri is spending a lot of her time here at the Lighthouse helping out in whatever is needed! The past month Bri has been lending her talent in art on all the walls of the Shelter!! Wow! It just makes you smile when you look at the color and design she has added!! What a blessing she is!! We are so grateful God has sent her to minister to kids at Lighthouse!!
