Future Development

On a future site the new property will be a series of homes that will be used as foster care homes for children that are not readily adoptable. Our future property development plans will allow for the construction of up to 20 of these homes. Each foster home will care for up to 6 children.

Children coming into these homes will have the opportunity to grow up in these homes with a real family. The capacity for our long-term care facilities will be at least 120 at a time. Most of the children in this program will be there because adoptive parents or extended family are not available. We expect most of these children will be HIV positive.

On the grounds we hope to build a clinic, a community centre, a community kitchen, offices for staff and social workers, sports grounds, gardens, playground facilities and worker/volunteer housing. Housing will also be built for program directors. Infrastructure will also have to be built which will include sewer, water, roads and electrical facilities. Facilities will also be constructed for skills training.

Becoming Self-Sustained
The third area of investment that we are seeking is to assist us in developing our current property. The city planners have decided that our property is to become a “Light Industrial” area. Any new development on our current property must follow their guidelines for that type of property. We see that as a tremendous opportunity.

Rustenburg South Africa is one of the fastest growing cities on the continent of Africa. We have 3.8 hectares of prime property in the city.

Our current property is located 3 minutes from a national highway (N4). We are 1.5 hours from Johannesburg International Airport. We are in the heart of the Platinum mining centre of Africa. Your business partnership with us
